FC Seoul vs Jeju United player ratings - 16/03/24

Seoul get their first three points this year. Who did what?

Choi Chul-won: (7) Didn't have a great deal to do today but did what was needed well. Two clean-sheets in a row now.

Choi Jun: (8) Excellent performance from down the right today. Looked really tidy in possession and got forward well to support the wingers.

Kim Ju-sung: (6) Seems to be slowly getting better each game. Hopefully can form a strong partnership with Sulaka.

Rebin Sulaka: (8) Really impressed by him on his debut. Was sharp with his passes and made some excellent interceptions. Was in constant communication with the keeper and players around him.

Lee Tae-seok: (6) Better from him this week, and the team in general. Hopefully can kick on from here and nail down a string of solid performances.

Ki Sung-yueng: (9) The kind of performance everyone expects from him. Held the midfielder together and dictated play. Scored an absolute screamer to put the home side two-up. M.O.T.M

Han Seung-gyu: (6) Better than his performance on the opening day but still not quite at the level we expect from him.

Ryu Jae-moon: (7) Solid game on his debut. Looked to clean up in the midfield and got stuck into challenges.

Kang Sang-woo: (6) Looked tricky when on the ball and put in some decent crosses.

Cho Young-wook: (6) Couple of clever touches but would have liked him to get on the ball and take his man on more often.

Stanislav Iljutcenko: (5)

Subs:

Aleksandar Palocevic: (5) Another quiet one for him. Wasn't able to get into the right areas to let his left-foot go.

Jesse Lingard: (5) Didn't see much of the ball and was unable to have an impact. Manager demanding more from him in the post-game conference. Let's see if he steps up.

Park Dong-jin: (6) Thought he had a positive impact and was flying into every challenge in true Dong-jin fashion. Always best used as an impact sub up-top

Manager: (10) Thought he got it absolutely bang on today, so can't fault him at all. Hoping that the back line remains the same going forward. Used the subs in timely fashion too.
